Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Partners: We ship mangoes using third-party logistics vendors.

  • Timeline: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be updated on your WooCommerce “My Account” dashboard.


2. Return and Replacement Policy

  • Perishable Goods: Mangoes are highly perishable agricultural items. Due to their nature, we do not offer returns or replacements once the order has been dispatched from our farm.

  • Logistics Disclaimer: Vrindavan Agro High Tech is not responsible for any damage, bruising, or spoilage that occurs during transit or handling by the third-party shipping vendor. All sales are final.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Window: Orders can be cancelled through your account dashboard within 2 hours of placement.

  • Harvesting Rule: Once the mangoes have been harvested or packed for your specific order, cancellations will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Approved Cancellations: If a cancellation is approved within the window, a refund will be initiated immediately.

  • Credit Timeline: The refund will reflect in your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, subject to the payment aggregator and your bank’s processing times.


5. Customer Grievance Redressal

  • Any complaints regarding orders must be raised via our contact page.

  • Acknowledgment: Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

  • Resolution: We aim to resolve all valid grievances within 30 days.
